Refund policy
We want every item to feel right. If something isn’t working for you, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains in original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags and labels attached.
How to begin a return
Follow the instructions below if your order is eligible for returning:

Email support@madfrenzy.com with the subject RMA, including your order number. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Once we process your request, you will receive an email with a return shipping label you can attach to the package and ship back to us..

Clearly write your Return Authorization Number (RMA) on the outside of the package before shipping. Shipments without a visible RMA cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Final Sale
Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for refunds.
