We use DHL® Express service for deliveries to the rest of the world.
Next day after the purchase you will receive a tracking number; DHL® Express courier will contact you in advance about the delivery.
Your order will be shipped via DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country, except for the USA*.
*All USA orders are delivered from a local warehouse in CA.
The average tax for most countries varies around 10% (from the order total). Duty payment is quick and easy through our partner DHL® Express, you will automatically receive a link with all the instructions, it usually takes not more than 5 min to complete.
FREE RETURNS
We accept orders for returns as long as items are not used: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and labels. Follow instructions below if your order is eligible for returning:
1. Send us an email to [email protected] (put subject: RMA) to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. Once we process your request, you will receive an email with a return shipping label you can attach to the package and ship it back to us.
3. Please write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of the package. Returns that do not have RMA written on the outside of the package will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at sender’s expense.
4. Purchases that meet all the guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment (Credit/Debit card; PayPal).
5. FREE refund in 14 days.
*Refunds are not available for items purchased at a discount.
